Finance Analyst - Sage, Oracle, Netsuite, workday, Microsoft Dynamics. Reporting exposure across Tableau, TM1, Qlik, Cube packages or Power BI Looking for a Finance Analyst to join a £100m company that is on a rapid growth trend over the last 4 years, which includes strong performances and stability in lock down. A new core finance team is being created to work across the different business units so you will be a joining a core team with finance and systems at the heart of how this business grows, runs and makes informed decisions based on critical business data. Due to the newly formed team, within a successful and stable business, this is a role where good finance knowledge and a strong attitude will see you rapidly accelerate your career and there is no reason this will take you to a lead or senior role faster than you would normally expect. In terms of experience it is essential that you have a finance or accounting background due to the complex processes internally as well as the demands of the business. Finance or accounting knowledge could come in the form of hands on experience in a finance team, a solid finance or accounting degree with subsequent work experience or playing a key role that has exposed you to financial data and reporting across IT systems. In terms of knowledge anyone that has hands on software experience with any financial packages across Sage, Oracle, Netsuite, workday or Microsoft Dynamics would be interesting and knowledge of reporting would also be beneficial. Reporting exposure could be across Tableau, TM1, Qlik, Cube packages or Power BI so if you have experience across finance and reporting this could be for you. Along with product and financial knowledge it is essential to have the right attitude. This is a rapidly expanding business that has high demands and expectations of its staff. Reliable systems, well mapped processes and an ability to have a specialist finance team that enable the business to make rapid and reliable decisions. With the opportunity of growth, critical team and exposure to leaders in the business comes high demands, short timelines and requests that sometimes need to be rejected rather than just agreed. As such this is not just a role for a doer and note taker but someone who can learn but also challenge senior colleagues. Should you be successful you will report directly to the Group Finance lead who will coach and mentor your business and software knowledge to ensure you are able to pick up key skills but impact your attitude into the team. The role will cover many administrative roles you would expect in a finance team allowing the senior members to focus on high value tasks. As part of a small but growing team you will be exposed to many of the senior responsibilities when workload and demand is high – as such accelerating your career. This is a safe business in a challenged economy and so security and longevity are not a concern.
£30,000 base + benefits + remote working
