Greenfield customer implementing D365 FinOps about to kick off a global implementation are looking for a ERP Business Change Lead / Manager to work with their internal business structures to drive their entire business transformation investment. This person will have knowledge and experience working on multiple global roll-outs of solutions such as SAP, Oracle or Workday, and any knowledge of Dynamics would be a significant bonus. The business change lead will know how to converse with strategic level programme managers and directors, as well as users within the business. This person will have worked at a senior or strategic level running business processes and leading core analysis within complex ERP transformation environments, facing off to c-level users. The Business Analyst will have a knowledge and understanding of how finance and financial reporting work within ERP implementations, and have a track record implementing products such as SAP, Oracle or MS Dynamics. You will be tasked with running workshops, requirements gathering and business documentation for the implementation team, and will be one of the main process drivers of change for the D365 project. Management of third party consultancies, and a track record in finance either within financial systems teams or as an accountant would be a significant advantage here. My client are looking for a sales leader / Business Development Manager / BDM to join their team in a high growth and very entrepreneurial working environment. This is a client that has a Big 4 mentality when it comes to project implementation, standards and best practice delivery methods to ensure quality and best practice but the agility and adaptability of a newly formed start up to ensure decision making, freedom and flexibility are high on the agenda. The key focus on this company is high growth and entrepreneurial drive and having done it before in the Microsoft Channel they want to repeat their previous efforts but have fun and do it without getting bogged down by HR red tape and corporate bureaucracy. The result means they can make decisions, adapt and react to whatever is needed from a sales cycle, delivery approach, hiring or resource plan and react to market fluctuations as is needed meaning navigating market challenges are simpler and easier. This in turn means that the environment in which you sell is geared to react to ensure you can win projects and ensure delivery is of a high calibre. In terms of sales bids projects have been in the £1-15m region for ERP and are both UK and International and range from pure ERP / CRM to full stack solutions across the Microsoft stack. Tier 1 Gold Partner, up to £85,000 Operating at the very pinnacle of the CE & Power Platform industry in the UK, my client have multiple requirements for D365 CE Technical Consultants from Mid-Level through to Lead and Technical Architects. Having had their best year of new sales ever in 2021 and in the interest of not over-utilising their team and maintaining strong employee engagement, they are currently turning away new work despite getting multiple hot leads from Microsoft a week and a very strong Sales capability, hence these requirements are available to facilitate a substantial growth plan over the next 3-5 years and further. As mentioned above, the seniority of these roles is flexible and previous Consultancy experience isn't an essential pre-requisite for these roles as they are confident they have the support infrastructure in place to help talented employees take that step. However, it is expected that applicants are able to: Be competent in a hands-on technical capacity, whether that be custom plugins with C#, front-end scripting with JavaScript and more. Power Platform Solution Architect
This organisation is evolving. Rapidly. Having implemented M365 to over 3,000 users during COVID, the next step is the Power Platform. They have a brilliant core of enthusiastic technical and non technical staff, dedicated to process improvement. This is where the Power Platform comes in. To stay ahead of the competition, they need to automate their manual, touchpoint heavy processes using Power Automate. Develop Canvas Apps, by upskilling and empowering the developers that have made Sharepoint a success at the organisation. They have exclusively engaged Cognitive Group to find someone who has been there and done it, someone who can break the eggs of strategy, fry them in a pan of governance to make the piping hot omelette that is a Centre of Eggcellence for Power Platform. In return for this, you will be rewarded with a fully remote 12 month contract, OUTSIDE OF IR35! We're looking around £650-£700 per day, but this can be flexible, it may just mean the contract is a little shorter. See some example deliverables below: Design & deploy the CoE to ensure the service is secure, auditable and are centrally governed Provide technical expertise into the design of a service model for Power Platform Input to a number of technical pre-requisites Be the technical knowhow for license & capacity, Dataverse, strategy, DLP policies, Azure AD Create a User Community Ensure knowledge transfer Apply and get in touch with me to find out some more.
