We are looking for consultants to join us at a very exciting time as we grow our contract team to support the incredible demand we are seeing in the market. Having formed in November 2020, the team is now 3 people strong with many successes to speak of already; most notably, the promotion of one of our juniors to Senior Consultant in less than a year… not to mention growing their contract book from £0 to £6000 weekly gross profit. The Team is led by the company’s top biller (two years in a row) who is on track to invoice over half a million for the year within the D365 CE market. Plus, their most recent member did 4 placements in their first 3 months!

As a company we recruit solely for Microsoft tech and transformation projects, and with Microsoft’s cloud, Azure, being the 4th most in demand skill in the UK, we know we’re onto a winner. There's no denying that Microsoft was uniquely placed to benefit from the pandemic accelerated tech boom, so there's plenty of client work for you to get stuck into and it's why we're hiring specifically for our contract team. Even Ir35 legislation is having little impact on the surge in demand for contractors.
With the bounce back effect of companies needing to go digital quicker since C-19, more organisations than ever before, need experienced resources within D365 & Power Platform, which has led to many consultants at Cognitive earning £100k+.
If you want to be trained by a market leading Consultant within the D365 CE market, then this opportunity is for you; if you are a junior, we will guide you to earn £50k in your first year, and if you are an experienced consultant then you’ll be looking at £100k minimum within 2 to 3 years.

We have a genuine ‘learn it all’ culture - our team have already completed 160 courses on LinkedIn in the last 10 months alone.
