This is an opportunity for an Azure SQL Data Engineer to join a high-end distribution organisation who are looking to move their existing environment from on-premise to Azure, along with Power Platform and D365 CRM/ERP upgrades . You will have direct access and mentorship from the Head of Data with the opportunity to step into this role within the next couple of years which means you will be leading the entire data capability in the business as they move forward into cutting-edge developments in Azure and Robotics.
You will also benefit from hands-on experience and training across Power Platform technologies!

Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining Data Warehouse solutions
Managing the current SQL/ETL and future estate in Azure
Configuration of SQL Services and BI reporting for BI solutions
Working closely with developers to bridge the gap between Dynamics, SharePoint and alternative data sources
The successful candidate will have experience of the following:
Design and Migration/Delivery of Azure SQL environments
PowerBI Reporting and Visualisations
DAX
Strong knowledge of Azure platform
