A Business Analyst with general cloud applications and bespoke CRM experience required for a project working with one of the UK's leading educational bodies, on behalf of a prestigious Microsoft Managed Services Partner. This person will be a key go between for the end client with their software partner for cloud applications, and help lead the best practice within cloud services and CRM for the customer.
The Business Analyst will have worked across generic Cloud and CRM applications, there is no requirement here for a set product but someone with a general Microsoft application background would be preferred. The business analyst will work out how the applications are used within the client’s environment and will engage with the internal technical teams to figure out next steps for the cloud applications (Recode, Re-host, Retire). This person must be comfortable working in the public or not for profit sectors so any track record on projects such as these would be highly beneficial, or any experience working with universities on cloud applications roll-outs.
You will be working with whole estate applications – Education, CRM, bespoke apps around day to day productivity, and have a general knowledge of backend servers and how they work / talk in relation to the applications.
This will be a 3-6 months interim contract role (outside IR35) and will predominantly be remote based.
