Customer Facing Solutions Lead | Remote Working (UK Only) | Autonomy to Drive Technical Solutions
We are currently working with an innovative technology solutions provider who are looking for a Customer Facing Solutions Lead to join their award-winning organisation.
You will be leading the solution team and acting as the interface between the customer and the product, development and technical operations teams, working with the customer to gather and analyse business requirements and determine the fit with the existing product portfolio.
In this position, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to uncover their business requirements and challenges then work with development teams to define high level product solutions and/or develop new product functionalities if needed.
Previous Experience:
Solution lead for software implementation projects
Customer-facing experience
Ability to effectively communicate customer requirements to internal and external stakeholders
Defining high level solutions for customer requirements
