D365 Business Analyst - Europe-Wide Programme (UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy, France & Germany)

Salary: €70,000 per annum
Are you an experienced D365 Business Analyst fluent in both English and German, looking for a permanent position in Germany? Join the team at a leading Professional Services company, and be part of a Europe-wide project focused on D365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Field Service.
Position Overview:
As a D365 Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our ambitious Europe-wide program. Working in a team of nine talented Business Analysts, you will report directly to the Group Enterprise Business Solutions Manager. Your expertise will be pivotal in the successful implementation and optimization of D365 CE and Field Service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and technical specifications.
Configure and customize D365 CE and Field Service solutions to meet project goals.
Work closely with the development team to ensure successful solution implementation.
Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure quality.
Provide training and support to end-users as required.
Participate in project planning and status meetings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a D365 Business Analyst in a Professional Services environment.
Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
Comprehensive knowledge of D365 Customer Engagement and Field Service modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant certifications in D365 CE and Field Service are advantageous.
