My client is a global technology consulting company that provides digital transformation solutions and services to businesses in various industries. They are expanding its Microsoft Business Solutions Practice and are hiring an experienced Microsoft EM/BSA
We are seeking self-motivated consultants with exceptional problem-solving skills, a keen eye for quality. Our consultants have a deep understanding of how to approach software architecture and development by combining the appropriate blend of technologies and methodologies to meet the specific needs of each project. Our ultimate aim is to drive our clients' long-term success and expand our business.
As a consultant with our team, you will work closely with our clients to craft exceptional solutions that exceed expectations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' requirements.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales/Presales/Delivery in Microsoft Azure Solutions, with a focus on Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Office365, BI/Data/AI, Applications Development, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure SaaS/PaaS/IaaS transformation/migration
Proven track record in managing and overseeing projects in various industries, preferably in large and long-term engagements, throughout the entire project life-cycle. This includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects/programs to conclusion while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Combination of hands-on experience in business applications selling, implementation, architectural design, and strategic business acumen (with the ability to demonstrate value)
Experience collaborating with Microsoft as a vendor (participating in conferences, meetups, joint marketing) and partners/subcontractors
Experience in pre-sales, supporting sales teams in shaping deals, being accountable for overall estimates, and enabling the pursuit of enterprise customer opportunities, especially in EMEA (France, UK, Germany, Ukraine, Poland, UAE) and North America (USA, Canada)
Experience in evaluating the feasibility of migrating customer solutions and/or integrating with third-party systems, including both Microsoft and non-Microsoft platforms
Experience in developing and maintaining technical architectures, documentation, frameworks, and strategies related to Microsoft Solutions implementations
Hands-on experience in estimating, designing, and deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions is a plus
Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
Strong cross-functional and technical knowledge, and experience in Enterprise Application Integration and Architecture patterns
Experience working with Agile Software Development
Microsoft Certifications, particularly in Microsoft Azure and Power Platform, are beneficial for the applicant.
Lead the process of closing multiple consulting services sales concurrently.
Define project scope and develop proposals while negotiating contracts with clients.
Collaborate with Resource Managers to assemble project teams to deliver business change using innovative Microsoft Technologies.
Initiate projects and hand them over to the Delivery team while monitoring the performance of internal and partner consultants.
Communicate progress updates to Account Managers, project teams, and customers.
Work closely with Project Managers to provide hands-on project management expertise when necessary
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, partners, and Microsoft personnel such as Partner Managers, Sales, and Product Groups.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Commercial, Marketing, and other functions
Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of current and future Microsoft products and technologies.
Contribute to growing the Microsoft Practice expertise within the company
