With customer satisfaction at the forefront of everything to do with this role, you will act as the interface between the Delivery team and the customer to ensure astute delivery as per client requirements. To be successful in this role, you must have a very strong understanding of the D365 CE, Power Platform and wider Microsoft infrastructure coupled with a very strong customer-facing capacity and the ability to build and nurture relationships all the way up to C-Suite stakeholders.
This is a home-based contract with expectation to travel as per client requirements and the role gives the opportunity to progress your career in a growing Service Delivery Management capability.
