D365 CE Team Leader - Remote
Due to rapid growth in their business my client are expanding their team and are looking for a D365 CE Team Leader to join and take equity in the business. As this client expands in to its next stage of growth towards 100 people, they are looking to diversify the management structure in the CE team to accelerate growth into new and wider areas.
The current Team Lead has a diverse background across multiple sectors and job roles, including architecture, pre sales and team leadership, and they are looking for a leader who can supplement this by focusing on different strengths, such as people management, client engagement, solution architecture, pre-sales, innovation or strategy. The idea is to create the role around the strengths of the new Team Lead, rather than finding someone that matches a job spec, so alternative candidates will be considered (assuming you have the skills and attitude to grow a team/ business.).
The result will be 2 senior figures in the team which will work in tandem but focusing of different areas of specialism in the years ahead as the company grows.
The client are in a position of strength and are well-known across the Microsoft market, so ideally you will have a background that can demonstrate leadership, growth and success as an architect or project delivery level, as well as people leadership. Whilst not a fully billable role, some aspect of being billable short term would be preferred rather than someone who is 100% internal. Whilst this isn't an essential requirement it will help with expectations and speed of growth in your first 12 months.
Equity is available and part of the value will be around your ability to grow beyond the current team and take ownership of performance, targets and revenue. Additional compensation ranges from £15,000 - £40,000 per year.
