D365 CE Technical Architect
Salary: Up to £115k
My client have multiple vacancies at the Technical Architect level within their D365 CE capability off the back of a couple enterprise-level, multi-million wins in both the Public and Private sector. Operating at the spearhead of delivery teams for such implementations, it is essential that the successful applicant has already gained a strong foundation of experience as a D365 CE Technical Architect on previous implementations, rather than a Technical Lead transitioning into the role.
The expectations of the Technical Architect lie with empowering the customer from cradle to grave, mostly working alongside the customer but also remaining hands on with bespoke software development. What my client has to offer:
A promotion rate >10% ahead of the market average, ensuring a stable roadmap of tangible progression
An attrition rate >10% below the market average, ensuring a stable, steady growing capability to be a part of
Circa 150 active customers across the whole Microsoft stack and Western European countries, ensuring natural progression of your skill set and the ability to add more strings to your bow
Circa 50 warm leads from Microsoft a quarter on top of a fully-fledged Sales team, further ensuring the stability of pipeline
