This role is naturally multi-faceted and marries your technical prowess with your natural leadership instincts to become the driving force (both internally and externally) on enterprise-level, multi-year business transformation implementations across both the Public and Private sector. My client has organically grown their BizApps capability for over a decade and possesses a very astute set of business processes when it comes to both delivery (£200m+ pipeline 💰) and looking after their staff (<10% attrition 😯), so rest assured you're joining one of the biggest and best in Europe.
You will be involved as a spearhead figure from cradle to grave and still very much hands-on, so it is important you are still developing bespoke software on a day-to-day basis. You will be acting as a team lead, so management experience is essential (mentorship alone will not suffice).
