D365 CE Trainer Needed to help train a Charities user
In 2020 the Charity embarked on a significant transformation programme, including migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (from ThankQ), a new stakeholder portal (The Portal Connector), replacing the legacy finance system (Sage 1000) with Microsoft Business Central and introducing Microsoft PowerBI.
ThankQ and a disparate set of 3rd party / bespoke applications currently support operations across all directorates, which will evolve as follows:
Strategic Marketing & Income Generation (SMIG) – charity functions to raise awareness, engagement and income through fundraising, marketing automation (DotDigital), volunteer network, events, etc.
Help & Advisory Services (HAS) – services provided to support past and present civil servants, managed via online application for help portal, case management, grant management, etc.
Corporate (Finance, IT & Insight) – integrating the CRM and financial systems for the first time, supporting the Microsoft stack and driving a data driven culture.
The actual gig will be to assess the D365 training (Grant Management, Fundraising, Sales, Marketing) for 90 users top to bottom, then build the e-learning material and roll-out. The time frame given is 7 months to deliver this with a phase 2 being planned in Jan 2022.
Benefits you get:
Work with one of the most experienced interim Programme Directors in the D365 UK market.
Contract Length: 7 months (Outside IR35)
