•Rate: £700-775p/d.
•Length of contract : 3 months.
•Start Date: November 2023.
•IR35 Status: Inside IR35 via an umbrella company that is FCSA approved.
•Reporting structure: You shall report into the ICT Programme Manager
•Who you shall work with: Banking & Marketing SME’s, Change Business Analyst, Project Manager, D365 CE Trainer, D365 CE Functional Consultant, D365 CE Architect.

Actual Work to be done:
•Conduct a comprehensive assessment of business change and adoption needs at the onset, ensuring a thorough understanding of the project's requirements.
•Take the lead in defining and implementing business readiness and adoption activities for the seamless rollout and continuous enhancement of a CRM and Deal Origination solution to over 100 users in diverse client-facing teams.
•Spearhead the refinement and execution of the release management process, collaborating closely with the technical team and trainer to ensure a smooth acceptance of regular releases by the user teams.
•Foster strong relationships with key business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), providing guidance to business sponsors and superusers to maximize project success.
•Drive project awareness and engagement across the organization by crafting effective communication plans and strategies.
•Establish efficient feedback mechanisms, enabling prompt action on user insights, and where possible, contribute to enhancing the client organization's overall change management capability in collaboration with the Project Manager and project team.
