I am working with a leading global consultancy firm with currently over 4500 employees. The Global Technical team are looking to expand their Application Support team with a Dynamics 365 F&O support specialist (finance & project management). With development plans already under way to establish their capabilities and products by leveraging their global strengths, to uncover new opportunities and market.
They are looking to onboard an experienced D365 F&O Support Consultant to join their Global Technical Team. Your role would be supporting the client directly for all internal needs and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, support and maintain the D365 Applications support queue
Ensure that support issues are assigned, and resolutions are documented
Analysis to triage the assigned issues, escalate as required.
Diagnose and resolve Dynamics problems and provide information to educate the users on resolutions in a prompt and professional manner
Engage with appropriate internal and external resources to resolve technical issues and keep users updated on progress toward resolution
Align response times with team SLA's delivering a consistently high quality of service
Skills & Experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functional capabilities centered around supporting Finance & Project accounting.
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Dynamics AX and D365 F&O ERP
Troubleshooting system issues remotely and face to face, to users across multiple global sites
Involvement in the Release / upgrade/ implementation cycle
