This is a 6 month interim requirement for a D365 Manufacturing Lead Consultant working with one of the UK channel’s principal tier one partners.
This person will be engaged directly with the end client and senior business stakeholders to oversee the implementation of lean manufacturing for D365 as part of a legacy upgrade from the AX2009 solution.
The Manufacturing Consultant will ideally have a proven track record of implementing the manufacturing and production modules within AX and D365, and any background in component or lean manufacturing would be hugely beneficial. Projects with other ERP solutions – SAP, Oracle, JDE – are fine as long as this person has worked with the D365 FinOps platform.
Other areas include functional configuration of the D365 product as a Manufacturing SME, inter company master planning and an appreciation of agile project methodology.
This has potential to extend beyond 6 months, and there is scope for this person to be deployed on two further new customer projects with the partner over the course of the next 12 months.
