My client are an international brand focused in the Microsoft space and are looking to expand their sales team. They are looking for someone to join their software sales team and learn from the existing team who have a combined total of 50+ years experience in the Microsoft and Dynamics space.
The preferred candidate will have knowledge and understanding of the Microsoft market and ideally Dynamics / D365. The role will cover all areas of the sales process however the ideal candidate could come in as an outbound telesales / lead generator level but also someone who has experience of initiating, leading and driving software sales bids and wants more responsibility in a growing team. The reason that they can accommodate different level is due to the skills already within the team and also due to the use of other 3rd party providers meaning they can build a role around you.
In terms of presence you will be working mostly in the UK channel however they already have sites globally meaning international projects are current underway and you will be exposed to this area should you wish. Projects will be on F&O and CE and in the £500k - £5m region over multi year programmes. For anyone joining at a junior level the objective would be to develop your software skills to lead and run sales cycles however for someone at this role there is the chance to lead major international bids with enterprise clients that aren't available at many standard software houses. This role could also highly suit a recruiter from the Dynamics channel that has a base level of understanding of the market, key terms and projects but wants a change in direction to software sales.
