​D365 WMS/TMS Consultant

My client has a global reputation as one of the worlds leading software/tech businesses. Due to a new implementation they are looking for a Dynamics 365 Consultant with Warehouse Management experience to join their team to help them transform and further grow their market share.

This opportunity is fully remote and you can be based anywhere in the world! Time Zone for working hours is CET. This is a 6 month contract/freelance opportunity with extensions fully expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on capabilities/functionality of the Dynamics D365 product focused on Inventory, Fulfilment, Warehousing, Purchase Orders, and Receiving.

• Understand the overall processes throughout the WMS/TMS modules function and provide Functional and Technical expertise of Dynamics 365

• Responsible for implementing enhancements, configuration changes, reports and integrations of the WMS/TMS module within 365 to meet business objectives

• Partner with the business units to develop an understanding of their business processes, assess end user needs and evaluate proposed system related projects.

• Utilize expertise of application features to recommend solutions that meet business requirements

• Test the accuracy and completeness of all enhancements and customizations of Dynamics 365

• Reviewing and partnering on Warehouse processes to resolve any transportation issues that may arise

Skills:

• 3 yrs. + experience with Dynamics 365 implementation and upgrades

• Functional experience in Warehousing, Fulfilment, Inventory, Purchase Orders and/or Receiving

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Preferred:

• Travel Management System (TMS) experience

• Experience in Import/Export/Retail/Distribution/Logistics

• Business or technology related BA/BS degree
