We are looking for delivery consultants to join our Major Accounts team, where you’ll be sourcing candidates for some of our largest and most prestigious clients, including household brands and International Microsoft Partners. It’s a very exciting time for this team as they recently achieved their highest month ever, with one consultant even breaking a massive company record by invoicing over £75k in one month!
The Company
As a company we recruit solely for Microsoft tech and transformation projects, and with Microsoft’s cloud, Azure, being the 5th most in demand IT skill in the UK, we know we’re onto a winner. There's no denying that Microsoft was uniquely placed to benefit from the pandemic accelerated tech boom, so there's plenty of work for you to get stuck into.
With the bounce back effect of companies needing to go digital quicker since C-19, more organisations than ever before need experienced resources within D365 & Power Platform, which has led to many consultants at Cognitive earning £100k+.
What can you expect?
If you want to be trained by a market leading Consultant, then this opportunity is for you; if you are a junior, we will guide you to earn £50k in your first year, and if you are an experienced consultant then you’ll be looking at £100k minimum within 2 to 3 years.
