​I am working with a Microsoft Gold Partner who are privately owned and specialise in software product development, analytics and data science, IoT solutions, machine learning, DevOps optimisation and modernisation of applications, data and platforms. They are looking for a Delivery Director to join the business at an exciting time of change!

This is a brand new role in the business and will be responsible for:

• Bringing together the various near-shore capabilities (result of numerous acquisitions)

• Driving key culture topics through the organisation - aligned with Microsoft

• Overseeing the entire delivery capability - as well as growing this significantly

• Escalation point for key customers (customer-facing)

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Come from a delivery background with demonstrable and significant experience

• Experience working in a services organisation

• Enthusiastic about owning customers and relationships

• Experienced with team leadership, mentoring, career development planning and hiring

• Experience in a cloud focused business (desirable)

• Experience navigating chaotic and complex large organisations
