Greenfield customer implementing D365 FinOps about to kick off a global implementation are looking for a ERP Business Change Lead / Manager to work with their internal business structures to drive their entire business transformation investment. This person will have knowledge and experience working on multiple global roll-outs of solutions such as SAP, Oracle or Workday, and any knowledge of Dynamics would be a significant bonus.
The business change lead will know how to converse with strategic level programme managers and directors, as well as users within the business. You will have worked on implementations of core finance packages, and lead best practice workshops, getting involved in aspects of transformational requirements gathering to drive the business core objectives. Knowledge and experience of facing off to third parties and consultancies end client side to drive investment in business change best practice would also be hugely beneficial.
With this having such a significant impact on business culture, devised approaches working politically with end customers to ensure change adoption and user adoption of the new system is successful would really help. Scale and level of engagement with a business at strategic level is key for this role.
