​ERP head of multiple project and programme streams is required for one the UK's leading retail and manufacturing end clients who are about to kick off an implementation of D365 FinOps. This person will report into C-level and manage the portfolio of workstreams related to the business Dynamics implementation with a real focus on their HR roll-out.

This person will have experience of managing multiple Project Managers within a complex ERP implementation environment, and have relevant knowledge of implementing HR with solutions such as Dynamics, Oracle, SAP or Workday. You will have a proven track record when it comes to challenging business operating models, and migrating end clients from legacy systems onto cloud based ERP. Knowledge of related CRM products that drive change and transformation would help significantly, as well as any experience gleaned from helping drive implementations of ERP for consultancies / partners.

Whilst this is a D365 FinOps implementation we can consider people from other ERP backgrounds but what is critical is the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and drive the management of several mid level and senior project managers. This is about relationship management with the business as well the HR project stream, and this person will form a key part of the programme over the course of the next 12 months.

This is an outside IR35 role and 2-3 days site work will be required.
