I’m working with a global multi-disciplinary consultancy who are embarking on an international rollout of a new ERP system for Finance and Operations – they will be using Microsoft Dynamics F&O. Due to the complexity of the project, we are helping to establish a PMO function to support the project team and need a PMO Analyst to join the team.
The person in this position will have the opportunity to participate in the setup and implementation of the IT PMO to ensure the successful delivery of the most critical strategic initiatives. As part of the operation of the PMO, the PMO Analyst will be responsible to track and monitor the status of ongoing projects as well as value delivered from completed projects to provide the PMO Head and senior management with exception-based reporting. The PMO analyst will also a play critical role in supporting key programmes and projects – predominantly the global ERP programme.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Minimum 8 years experience working in a similar role within an IT PMO (must), including experience managing data and preparing reports for senior management
Previous experience supporting ERP programme and leading small teams (must)
Strong Data Analysis Skills
Ability to navigate organization IT systems to collect, connect and analyze data.
Project Management foundations skillset as a minimum
Ability to organize and present information in a clear and concise manner
Expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organization and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills
