Role Overview:
As a Delivery Manager (GDS), you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a £52 million engagement that encompasses various elements of the Microsoft ecosystem, including CRM, Power Platform, Data, and Azure. Your primary focus will be on delivering transformational solutions that adhere to GDS while ensuring the project's quality, scope, budget, and timelines are met. Your experience in public sector digital transformation projects will be instrumental in shaping the future of government operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of a £52 million engagement covering Microsoft ecosystem components, adhering to GDS.
Collaborate closely with public sector stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and priorities.
Employ your expertise in GDS to ensure solutions meet government standards for quality, security, and accessibility.
Oversee project scope, budget, and timelines, managing risks and ensuring successful project execution.
Foster effective communication among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end users.
Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
Experience leading public sector digital transformation projects in line with GDS, either through consultancies or direct engagement with end users.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, including scope definition, budget management, and risk mitigation.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including CRM, Power Platform, Data, and Azure.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
SC clearance or the ability to become SC cleared.
Proven leadership skills, driving teams toward successful project outcomes.
Benefits:
Base salary between £75,000 - £95,000 plus bonus and benefits
