My Client who are a Software company are seeking an HR Transformation Manager to join their team on a 6 month initial project. The client are based in London and the opportunity is 100% remote working from home.
To Integrate and implement volume assessments in line with the client's strategy.
Skills & Experience
The Project Manager will typically bring:
Significant Project Manager experience gained in a corporate environment. A Project Management certification is preferable
An understanding of HR processes including Talent Acquisition. Time spent working with HR software tool is advantageous
MS Projects and MS Office skills – including the ability to build and present compelling project updates
Exposure of managing in a matrix environment, across multiple locations
Strong stakeholder management capability
First class communication skills
Strong organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities
Comfortable with technology
This is a contract opportunity operating outside IR 35paying between £400-500 per day.
