Client – Partnered with a leading end user in the FMCG industry.
 
Role – This is a great opportunity for a HRIS Manager (Dayforce) with demonstrated experience in delivery Dayforce HCM implementations. You will be expected to collaborate with business partners and influence the process. You will be involved in determining the nature of the business need to contribute the most value adding application of the solution. The role can be delivered fully remote and therefore the ideal individual must be self-sufficient, proactive in their approach and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Dayforce HCM projects, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, and WFM modules.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions, assess business needs, and translate them into functional specifications for Dayforce HCM configuration.
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including system configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide ongoing support and system maintenance post-implementation, ensuring the Dayforce system operates efficiently across all global locations.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and user guides.
  • Train and support HR and payroll staff to ensure they are proficient in using the Dayforce system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dayforce HCM-related queries and issues, liaising with Ceridian support teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the Dayforce HCM system integrates seamlessly with other business systems.
  • Stay up to date with Dayforce HCM updates and industry best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Key Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing and management of Dayforce HCM implementations.
  • Strong knowledge in Core HR, Payroll and Workforce Management (WFM) modules with Dayforce HCM.
  • Deep understanding of HR and payroll process and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and capable of planning his work and able to articulate it into definable tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication are a must.
  • Certification in Dayforce HCM is highly desired but not essential.

Salary –
 Market Rate (DOE)
