ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Lead Dynamics CE Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in their Dynamics CE & Power Platform team's growth in Germany. You will lead workstreams, manage teams, and guide the implementation of Microsoft Business applications for enterprise-level clients. This role demands a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, an adept consultancy background, and the ability to collaborate effectively across borders with our teams in France and the UK.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage Dynamics CE projects, ensuring successful project delivery, on-time execution, and client satisfaction.
Provide expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CE and Power Platform to lead and guide complex technical implementations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Germany, France, and the UK to drive unified project outcomes.
Utilize your consulting acumen to understand client requirements, gather business needs, and tailor solutions to meet their unique demands.
Mentor and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering their professional growth.
Foster strong relationships with Microsoft and leverage the partnership to generate leads and stay at the forefront of technology advancements.
Continuously monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Travel to client sites and occasionally to our international offices as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CE implementation.
Proven track record of successfully leading Dynamics CE projects and managing teams, preferably in a consultancy environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse, international teams.
Exceptional client-facing abilities, with the capacity to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a large organization and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
B2/C1 in German & English
Willingness to client site as needed.
