Project Overview
Join a global leader in IT services, as they collaborate with a prominent UK building society on a groundbreaking project. They are embarking on a journey to enhance our client's capabilities in Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint within the Microsoft Azure environment. As the MS 365 Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap for the development of these key components, guiding projects to deliver value and excellence to our client's business.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Roadmap Development: Take ownership of the roadmap for the development of Microsoft 365 components (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) within Microsoft Azure. Ensure that projects align with our client's strategic goals and deliver tangible benefits.
🔹 Architect Solutions: Collaborate closely with Business and other Solution Architects to address critical issues in a cost-effective and practical manner. Design solutions using both Microsoft and 3rd Party Solutions that align with our client's corporate strategy.
🔹 Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to solutions, infrastructure, and development teams. Lead by example through development, technical design sessions, and quality assurance activities, ensuring the highest standards are met.
🔹 Business Problem Solving: Support the development of technology solutions that solve business problems and help achieve business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in driving success.
🔹 Cloud First Strategy: Contribute to the end user Technology and Data strategy, emphasizing a 'Cloud First' approach to stay at the forefront of technology trends.
🔹 Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by enhancing methodologies, processes, and standards. Share 'best practices' and contribute to the development of policies related to technology and data.
Contract Details
Duration: 6 months
Start date: ASAP to 2 weeks from offer.
Pay: £550-650 per day (inside IR35)
Location: UK (Midlands 2/3 days per week/Remote 2 days initially)
