As a Functional Consultant you will need to demonstrate experience with some of the following skills:
Working with customers to understand and define their business processes and to configure Dynamics 365. Experience with the finance modules is ideal
Assisting with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing
Participate in go-live stages of project
Ensure projects are delivered to a timely scale through daily communications with the customer and wider team
Running Workshops
Documenting requirements in the form of user stories
The ideal candidate would ideally be happy to work in the following way:
Happiest working under their own direction, but fully supported when needed
An obvious attention to detail
Ability to identify and pick up new processes and software platforms quickly
Ability to work effectively with remote teams offshore teams
Ability to work flexibly to deliver on-time to tight timescales
