Position: D365 CE Functional Consultant (Sales & Marketing)
Contract Duration: 3 months (Full-time) Extension possible
Start Date: September 2023
Location: Cheadle-based. Ideally 3 days/week in office and 2 days/week from home.
Project Details:
Migration from CRM 2013 Online to D365 Sales & Customer Service. The selected individual will collaborate closely with the sales team, mapping out current processes, identifying the potential for optimizations in the new platform, designing the desired functionalities, building them, and facilitating user adoption of the updated system.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and map out the "as-is" processes within the CRM 2013 Online system.
Collaborate with the sales team to outline potential "to-be" processes leveraging D365 Sales & Customer Service functionalities.
Design, configure, and implement the D365 Sales & Marketing modules based on business requirements.
Drive user adoption through training sessions, creating user manuals, and offering post-implementation support.
Address and resolve any issues related to the D365 configuration to ensure smooth system performance.
Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders on project progress.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in D365 CE, especially in Sales & Marketing configurations.
Strong business analysis skills with an ability to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Previous experience with CRM 2013 Online is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
