As a developer you will need to demonstrate experience with some of the following skills:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Advanced Knowledge) - CRM
Deep understanding of .NET Development ; Visual Studio & object orientated design
SQL ; SSRS & SSIS
Creating clear and effective documentation across multiple channels
Using a hands-on approach to ensuring timescales are met
Dynamics online, customisation and low-level implementation; CE principally, but these days PowerPlatform, PowerApps, BC and F&O experience are all great
Source control appreciation, esp. GIT
The ideal candidate would ideally be happy to work in the following way:

Ability to identify and pick up new processes and software platforms quickly
Ability to work effectively with remote teams offshore teams
