SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER (ERP/CRM) - DACH - GLOBAL BRAND NAME - MICROSOFT DYNAMICS
My client is a Microsoft Gold Partner that are making great impact in the Microsoft Dynamics space across Europe. They have around 170 people, working with Upper Mid to Enterprise level clients, with projects up to around €10 million.
Digital Transformation is at the heart of how they approach a project, collaborating with their counterparts in France, The UK, Portugal and Bulgaria. They're currently going through a great deal of change across Europe, looking to become a truly European D365 Consultancy, allowing you to work on projects in other countries.
As an extension of their sales team, we are now looking for you and your sales talent for the role of Account Manager. You will be accountable for managing large scale business applications bids in F&O, CE and PP.
Accountable to VP Sales & Marketing for securing on-going revenue within a defined list of existing accounts.
Accountable for the management of the relationship with senior stakeholders for lifetime of account.
To own the account plan, which will articulate the customer vision and how best my client can support this
Participate in sales engagements and bring in appropriate internal resource to assist in closing new lines of business within the account
Collaborate with delivery team and service delivery manager to ensure consistent engagement in account
Drive case studies and references from account base
Work with Microsoft Account Execs to align activities and plans to grow footprint within accounts
The role is remote with some travel
