We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a innovative team as they continue to grow their business as a leading Microsoft and Cisco reseller. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and developing strategies to expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of 4 Business Development Executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs and presenting suitable Microsoft and Cisco solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitors to provide insightful recommendations and stay ahead of the market.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Marketing and Technical Support, to ensure smooth operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Extensive knowledge and experience in selling cloud-based solutions or licenses, particularly Microsoft and Cisco products.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
