Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned SAP OTC (Order to Cash) Lead with expertise in S/4HANA for an exciting opportunity with our global consulting client. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the implementation and optimization of SAP solutions within the Order to Cash domain for our esteemed clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects within the Order to Cash domain, focusing on SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and configure SAP OTC modules to meet client-specific needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in areas such as pricing, billing, sales order management, credit management, and revenue recognition.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to support client teams during the implementation phase.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and training materials.
• Perform system testing, defect resolution, and post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing operational excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP technology, particularly within the OTC domain, and recommend innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience (6+ years) working as a SAP consultant with a focus on Order to Cash processes.
• Proven expertise in implementing SAP solutions, particularly within the OTC domain, with hands-on experience in S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP OTC modules and other SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO.
• Experience leading end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules would be advantageous.
