ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion of their Dynamics F&O practice in Germany. You will lead projects, provide expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across Germany, France, and the UK. This role requires a seasoned professional with proven project leadership experience, a strong consultancy background, and a passion for driving excellence in the DACH region's F&O landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects, ensuring seamless project execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
Leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O, specializing in either Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Finance, to guide and implement complex technical solutions.
Collaborate closely with teams across Germany, France, and the UK to ensure cohesive project outcomes and optimal client results.
Utilize your consultancy acumen to understand client needs, gather requirements, and customize solutions to align with their unique business goals.
Serve as a mentor and leader to a team of consultants, providing guidance, fostering skill development, and nurturing their professional growth.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with Microsoft, harnessing the partnership to drive leads and remain at the forefront of technological advancements.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge within the market.
Travel to client sites and potentially to international offices, as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation.
Demonstrated success in leading Dynamics 365 F&O projects and managing project teams, preferably within a consultancy environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse, international teams.
Exceptional client-facing abilities, with the capacity to comprehend client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Proven ability to navigate and influence within a large organization, while establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
B2 level of German & English.
Willingness to travel as needed.
