CLIENT:
An award winning ServiceNow implementation Partner that is looking for a Team Lead to join them. You will be joining their DACH team.
ROLE:
- You will responsible for the scheduling of team members, scheduling of projects, opportunities and internal tasks linked to the team.
- You will be accountable for Utilization of Team members (billable vs non-billable), for team chargeability and for demand and supply.
- You will get to be part of the Recruiting (interview) / onboarding new team members, On- and offboarding of team members (Employer, Project or Role related).
- You will take responsibility for the delivery management at the customers of the team, as well as the prevention, solving and de-escalation of issues in delivery.
- You will have to ensure that your hit their KPIs in line with the long term of the organisational growth.
- You will work hand in hand with your team to ensure their growth and transfer of knowledge within the team.
CANDIDATE:
- 3+ years of experience in Management relate role.
- 5+ Experience with implementing of ServiceNow.
- Understanding of Pre-sales and project management.
- Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
