We are searching for a Workday Specialist with Workday Project Management experience to join a global industry leading organization that is live with Workday and continuing it's digital transformation.

They have implemented Workday and are continuing their digital transformation by leveraging the latest and greatest that Workday has to offer. To support their continued adoption of Workday, they are looking to hire a 'Workday Data Project Manager'.
This role will own stakeholder engagement for HR Data projects across Workday and the wider HRIS landscape. You would initiate kick off calls and gather requirements to translate business needs into Workday capabilities and team deliverables, partnering with their Service Delivery Manager to ensure project expectations are met upon agreed schedules.
This position will operate in a hybrid working model requiring 2-3 days a week in the office in Kennesaw, GA. This is a permanent full time position paying up to $140,000 plus bonus and benefits.
Required skills:
- Project management experience on workday projects
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
- 2+ years of Workday experience
- Data and reporting skills in Workday are desirable but not required
