This highly successful organisation are looking for a Senior Workday Analyst/Specialist to join an established Workday HRIS team focusing on Configuration, optimisation & enhancement of Workday Learning, Workday Talent & Performance
The ideal individual will have worked within the Workday Ecosystem for 2/3+ Years & have strong Workday Configuration skills across both Workday Talent & Performance & Workday Learning
Position: Workday Senior Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract – 23 Months in duration
Start Date: ASAP
Location: North West UK or Midlands. (Hybrid working model available of 3 days on-site, 2 from Home. If you are based in/around the Midlands, travel will be required on-site per week inclusive of twice per month to the North West of England)
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 Base Salary plus company Benefits
Skills & Experience Required:
▪️ 2/3+ Years Experience in the Workday Ecosystem specialising in BOTH Workday Learning and Workday Talent & Performance
▪️ Ideally you’ll have undergone gone Workday Training/Fundamentals/Pro/SI Certifications
▪️ Strong configuration skills with both Workday Talent & Performance plus Workday Learning
▪️ Drive Workday efficiency, internal projects whilst delivering the Workday Roadmap
▪️ Experience within a Workday BAU environment specialising across Enhancement, Improvement, Optimisation
▪️ Excellent Stakeholder communication skills
▪️ Bi-Annual Releases
▪️ Passion to be a team member within an established HRIS Workday team
