​Azure Architect required for an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend to start asap. The role is hybrid, however a large majority of the work will be delivered remotely (few days a month in the office at most).

Deliverables:

• Creating architectural solutions specific to customer need

• Tech design authority activities

• Deliver to cloud adoption frameworks specified and maintain governance

Experience required:

• Delivering IaaS solutions in Azure is essential - compute, network, storage

• Governance using Azure Blueprints, Azure Policies etc.

• Azure Active Directory

• Knowledge of PaaS specifically SQL managed instances

• Azure DevOps / CI/CD / Kubernetes (AKS) & Terraform / ARM templates

• Good knowledge of Azure Serverless tech e.g. event grid, logic apps etc.

• Good grasp of security concepts & solutions in Azure (Defender, Sentinel, NSGs, ASGs etc.)
