    Indeed, with the bounce back effect of companies needing to go digital quicker since C-19, more organisations than ever are needing experienced resource within Microsoft Azure, D365 and Power Platform, which has led to many consultants at Cognitive earning £100k+. It also means there’s plenty of work for new joiners to get stuck into.

Company Celebrations

Aside from quarterly incentives and monthly lunch clubs for our top performers, we try to meet up at least once a month for a proper get together - whether that's a few beers at the taps of our WeWork office, or a more official social event.
